Evidence-informed herbal medicine and personalised healthcare for acute and chronic health conditions.

Our Clinical Services

Health is rarely influenced by a single factor. Genetics, physiology, nutrition, lifestyle, environment and medical history all contribute to how we experience health and disease.

At Wildberry Clinic, our clinical services are designed around this understanding. Every patient receives an individual assessment, allowing us to develop a treatment plan that reflects their unique physiology and health goals. By combining evidence-informed herbal medicine with nutritional and lifestyle medicine, we aim to support the body's natural capacity to recover, adapt and maintain long-term health.

Whether you are managing a chronic health condition, recovering from illness or looking to optimise your wellbeing, our focus is always the same: providing personalised, scientifically informed care based on a thorough understanding of your health.

What To Expect

Your first consultation is an opportunity for us to build a comprehensive understanding of your health. We believe that effective healthcare begins with understanding—not only your current symptoms, but also the wider factors that influence your wellbeing, including your medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, medications, health goals and any relevant laboratory investigations.

During your consultation, we take the time to listen carefully, answer your questions and explain our clinical reasoning, so that you leave with a clearer understanding of your health and a personalised treatment plan developed around your individual needs.

Following your assessment, we work collaboratively with you to support your health journey. Treatment plans are regularly reviewed and adapted as your health changes, ensuring that your care remains appropriate, effective and aligned with your long-term goals.

Our aim is not only to address your current health concerns, but also to help optimise your long-term health through thoughtful, evidence-informed and personalised care.

Functional & Laboratoty Assessments

A comprehensive clinical assessment is at the heart of everything we do. While understanding your symptoms and medical history forms the foundation of your care, laboratory investigations can provide valuable objective information that helps us understand the underlying physiological processes influencing your health.

Where appropriate, we review existing GP blood tests, specialist investigations, imaging reports and other relevant medical records as part of your assessment. By combining these findings with your clinical history and current presentation, we are able to build a more complete picture of your health, identify potential contributing factors and develop a treatment plan that is both personalised and evidence-informed.

In some cases, additional functional or laboratory testing may provide further clinically meaningful information. These investigations are only recommended where they are likely to improve our understanding of your health or influence clinical decision-making. Depending on your individual circumstances, testing may help assess nutritional status, metabolic function, hormonal balance, digestive health, inflammation, cardiovascular risk factors or other physiological systems relevant to your health concerns.

Our philosophy is to use investigations thoughtfully and purposefully. Rather than requesting unnecessary tests, we aim to obtain the right information at the right time, ensuring that every investigation has a clear clinical purpose and contributes to the development of an effective, individualised treatment strategy.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long is the consultation?

our initial consultation typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. This allows sufficient time to explore your medical history, current health concerns, medications, nutrition, lifestyle and health goals in detail, ensuring a thorough assessment before developing a personalised treatment plan.

  • Do I need a GP referral?

No. You do not need a GP referral to book an appointment at Wildberry Clinic. You can contact us directly to arrange a consultation.

If you are currently under the care of your GP or a hospital specialist, we are happy to work alongside them to ensure your care is safe, coordinated and appropriate.

  • Can I take herbs with medication?

In many cases, yes. Herbal medicine can often be used safely alongside prescribed medications, but this should always be assessed on an individual basis.

Before recommending any treatment, we carefully review your current medications, medical history and health conditions to identify any potential interactions or contraindications. Where appropriate, we work alongside your GP or specialist to ensure your treatment is safe, coordinated and tailored to your individual needs.

  • Do you offer consultations online?

Yes. We offer both online and in-person consultations, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online consultations are conducted through a secure platform and provide the same comprehensive clinical assessment and personalised care as an in-person appointment.

  • Do you work alongside my doctor?

Yes. With your consent, we are happy to work alongside your GP, hospital consultant and other healthcare professionals to ensure your care is safe, coordinated and appropriate.

Where relevant, we can review medical reports, laboratory results and prescribed medications to help develop a treatment plan that complements your existing medical care.

  • How many appointments will I need?

Every patient is different, so the number of appointments varies depending on your individual health needs and goals.

Many patients notice improvement within the first few consultations, and 2–3 appointments are often sufficient to establish a treatment plan and begin making meaningful progress. More complex or long-term health conditions may benefit from ongoing support and periodic review.
